By downloading or using Gaelic Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.
These Terms of Use govern your use of Gaelic Tracker (the "App"), developed by Eoin Codes ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms.
Eoin Codes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in local currency at the point of purchase. Additional taxes may also vary by region
Premium subscriptions unlock access to Stats View, Pitch View, Match Export, and other premium features within the App.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Eoin Codes does not issue refunds directly.
Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
For a limited period, Gaelic Tracker was previously available on iOS as a one-time paid purchase (€2.99). Users who purchased the App outright during that period are exempt from the subscription requirement and retain access to premium features at no further cost.
Most eligible users are recognised automatically. If an eligible user is presented with a subscription prompt — for example, if the App has not been opened for an extended period — they may contact us at the email address below with proof of purchase (such as an App Store receipt or order confirmation) to receive a lifetime access code that removes the subscription requirement for their device.
Lifetime access codes are issued at our discretion to verified prior purchasers only, are intended for personal use, and are non-transferable.
All content, design, code, and features within the App are the intellectual property of Eoin Codes and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any part of the App without prior written permission.
Any match data, team information, or other content you enter into the App remains your own. It is stored locally on your device and is not accessible by Eoin Codes. You are responsible for any data you choose to export or share from the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eoin Codes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Eoin Codes only — not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Eoin Codes, not Apple, is solely responsible.
The standard Apple End User Licence Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App on iOS.
